Course Description:
This intense, two-day course is designed for all Law Enforcement Officers and intelligence personnel who arrest, investigate, and disrupt Mexican cartel smuggling operations of drugs, contraband, and humans. Our four Subject Matter Experts (SME's), take you across the globe to discover little-known modalities of cartel smuggling, while getting a first-hand view of the terror networks these Mexican Cartels consistently associate with.

In PSA fashion, students participate in group exercises, focused on developing techniques and tactics used in smuggling operations, to ultimately develop counter-detection methods. We also provide one-on-one time with a vetted, high-ranking, cartel member, so students can ask unfiltered questions.

You also learn: Three pillars of Investigation, Counter-Intelligence methods, Cartel Organization and lynch-pins, and Cartel Economics

Who Should Attend: All Drug Cops, Investigators, Patrol Officers and Deputies, Intelligence operators, Jail/Prison Officers, Detectives, and Agents

Instructors: Our four certified instructors are Subject Matter Experts in their fields and each provide a unique perception to the course. They have provided thousands of hours of presentation and training to law enforcement in California and around the country. The combination of these four instructors provide a very rare and diverse presentation that will surely provide you answers. Our guest presenter is a bona-fide cartel member who operated in the darkest shadows of the cartel underworld for many years. His experience and insight are invaluable to successfully adjusting our tactics.

Dress Code: Comfortable clothing or the uniform of the day is appropriate.

Lodging and Meals: Students are responsible for their own hotel and meals.
